Description

Studs such as this would be stitched into the clothing of the elite. Floral motifs represented as multi-petalled rosettes on finger rings, dangling earrings, and stud ornaments might have been inspired by the vegetation flourishing on the islands at the time. These are rendered by casting, granulation, or repousse.
