Description

This kind of jarlet with paneled plant designs is typical of wares produced in the Chu Dau kilns, east of Hanoi, Vietnam. It has an opaque, ivory-colored glaze, overpainted with a blue cobalt pigment darker than its more popular Chinese counterpart.
