Founded by Alexander Aglipay, the orchestra has played a major role in Philippine history, including acting as a symbol of resistance during the Second World War. MSO continues to nurture young talents and collaborates with like-minded institutions to advance the agenda of music, both as a source of entertainment and inspiration.Â

ABOUT RUSH HOUR CONCERTS:
Started in 2013, the Rush Hour series was initiated by the Manila Symphony Orchestra (MSO) to reintroduce themselves to the general public. It also aims to provide the community with a brief but enriching respite and sanctuary from the traffic and throngs of commuters that define their daily lives.
